THE MUSEUM
Fascinating and charming
Following an important restoration and reorganization intervention, Casorella presents itself as the new headquarters for the city’s art collections.
The Museo Casorella has the task of enhancing the artistic heritage of Locarno, which has around 4,500 works, including paintings, sculptures and prints. The permanent exhibition highlights its most significant nucleuses, so far conserved in deposits.
